The intent of this Request for Supplier Qualifications is to establish a Standing Offer List for the Municipality which pertain to LINEAR INFRASTRUCTURE Engineering Services.  
The Municipality will score submissions according to the Solicitation Documents.  The top-scoring 3-4 Proponents will be included in a Standing Offer agreement with the Municipality for a 1.5 year duration (ending March 31, 2026).
