Description: 

The Municipality is requesting non-binding Proposals for engineering services to support the preparation of the Final Design and provide Construction Management services to support sanitary wastewater and septage disposal process upgrades at the Waterville Wastewater Treatment Facility. The system design shall consist of pre-screening, metering, and treatment lagoon/facility optimization in accordance with the preliminary design report performed in 2025 by CBCL. (Municipality Procurement Event #24-49). 

This NRFP is being distributed to engineering consultants which were pre-qualified by the Municipality during procurement event #26-08 - Establishment of Standing Offer List for Engineering Services Pertaining to Fixed/Plant Infrastructure.
