The work generally includes but is not limited to the construction of a new drinking water treatment plant at a greenfield site, including new well pumps and internals, yard piping, block wall building with concrete foundation, process-mechanical piping and equipment including disinfection systems, electrical systems, mechanical systems, architectural systems and finishes, instrumentation, controls and communication systems. A new water transmission main, which will be used to connect the treated water yard piping to the community of Greenwood is being constructed separately, and is not within the Scope of Work for this tender.
