The Municipality of the County of Kings (“Municipality”) is seeking Proposals from qualified Proponents to provide janitorial services at the Municipal Complex located in Coldbrook, Nova Scotia, for an initial term of three (3) years, with an option to renew for an additional two (2) years. The general expectations of the successful Proponent (“Service Provider”) include the delivery of:

  • Consistent and reliable janitorial services throughout the contract term

  • A high standard of cleanliness across all serviced areas

  • Flexible support for occasional enhanced or emergency cleaning requests, as required

  • A proactive approach to service quality and continuous improvement
