Description: 

The Municipality is looking to upgrade various facilities to include Net Metered Solar Photovoltaic (“PV”) Systems. 

As PV Systems are complex and advanced, the Municipality is issuing this RFSQ to understand market knowledge and experience in this area, and will use the RFSQ to create a pre-qualified Standing Offer list of knowledgeable proponents capable of working with the Municipality on subsequent projects. Once on the Standing Offer list, all proponents shall be directly issued RFPs/RFQs pertaining to relevant projects which will be awarded in accordance with the terms and conditions set in the solicitation document(s).

This Standing Offer list shall remain in effect for a period of three (3) years.
